As a professional make-up artist, making-up people to look fantastic for special occasions is what I love to do! and I feel so lucky to be one of the few people I know who truly enjoys going to work.

Fully trained and qualified in all aspects of make-up, I started out on the stage and film scene, but soon realized that working at weddings and parties was much more rewarding and much more fun! - there is nothing more satisfying than working with people who are happy and excited - it gives me a buzz and allows me to work at my best!

And the one thing I can pride myself on is that through my work, I make people feel just that extra bit special, for their special occasion.

Our wedding day disappeared in a blur and I barely had time to look at myself in the mirror before walking down the aisle. But knowing that Rachel had taken care of my make-up (not to mention helping to make sure that my hair and dress were finished perfectly) meant that I could face all of the our guests (and the cameras) with confidence. Not only did she look after me but also my Mum – who looked even more stunning with tints and colours that matched her outfit so perfectly – and my 3 bridesmaids. It was a busy afternoon but Rachel was relaxed and fun and great to have around.
